92pk Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 92pk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). The Terms govern all access to and use of the 92pk website, mobile application, and any services offered through them, including sports betting, casino games, bingo, fish games, and all associated features.

By accessing the platform — whether through a browser, the Android APK, or the iOS PWA — you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 3. Account Registration and Security

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on the 92pk platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or someone else's — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your real name, a valid phone number, and date of birth. Providing false details, particularly regarding your age or identity, is a serious breach of these Terms.

• One account per person: Only one account per individual, household, IP address, or device is allowed.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone.
• Unauthorised access: If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately via live chat.
• Account updates: Notify us promptly if any of your registration details change, particularly your phone number.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All transactions on the 92pk platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in your account wallet section and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are generally credited to your 92pk wallet within a few minutes of a confirmed transaction. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate a second deposit without confirming the first has been processed.

• Deposit currency: PKR only. No foreign currency transactions are supported.

Any funds depos ited using fraudulent payment methods, stolen card details, or other dishonest means will be reversed. Any winnings generated from such deposits will be forfeited, and the account will be permanently suspended.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

92pk offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and bingo tickets. All promotions are subject to individual terms that are displayed at the time the offer is presented. These Terms apply in addition to, not instead of, those promotion-specific terms.

Key principles that apply to all bonuses on 92pk:

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets, casino game plays, bingo entries, and fish game sessions are subject to the specific rules displayed within each product section. By placing a bet or starting a game session, you agree to the rules applicable to that product.

For sports betting — including PSL matches, international cricket, T20 tournaments, Football, and Esports — the following general principles apply:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once you have received an on-screen confirmation with a reference number. Unconfirmed bets will not be settled.
• Odds changes: Odds may change between the time you view them and the time your bet is confirmed. The odds at confirmation are the ones that apply.
• Void bets: Certain events may result in a bet being voided — for example, a match abandoned due to weather without a sufficient number of overs bowled. Voided bets are returned to your wallet.
• In-play betting: Live betting markets close and suspend regularly during matches. Bets placed just before a suspension are accepted at our discretion and may be voided if placed after a key event.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of the platform without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any platform software.
• Use the 92pk name, logo, or branding in any context without prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party software providers on the platform is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights. 92pk does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

9. Privacy and Data
